New donation system - The site needs your support so I am thinking of putting up a new Donation system on to the site. Donators will get their own special forum title on the site.
All new guild site hosting - Ever since I made partnership with Mobly in regards to hosting the Fiesta Podcast site, I've been putting some thought into doing a system where players who have guilds can choose to pay for cheap (and I mean very cheap) monthly hosting and hosting their guild sites on the sparkonline network.
Tell me what you'll think.
Also, I'll be doing some major updates to the site when I get word from the Community Relations Team on Outspark that the new features on Fiesta are days away from going live.
As you may have noticed, the forums unexpectedly came down for maintenance yesterday evening. This was due to a sudden error in one of the main files that helps generate the forum. I have been trying to validate the coding on the site and clean everything up so the site runs faster and more smoothly and due to lack of assistance, I was unable to fix this issue in a timely manner. The error has just been fixed and the site is now back up! I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
New Site Updates:
As you may also know the following updates have been applied to the site...
- New forum banner (to reflect off of the main site's banner) - New Fiesta Events panel (to reflect off of the main site's events panels) - Text font in Welcome panel is now smaller to reduce the amount of space required to scroll down to the forums.
As you may or may not have noticed, the following updates have been made to the site:
- Drop-down menu on main site has been fixed up (is still being tweaked) - New Fiesta Magazine and Fiesta Podcast pages have been made and links to them have been posted under the Media drop-down link. - Forum body width has been reduced to 85% from its original 100%. - Items Database page has been fixed and is back up. - New staff members promoted to Database Editor position: Tragic and irroc. FiestaHQ is still in need of more Database Editors to help out with updating all of the databases so if you think you have what it takes to be on the team, please post up an application on the Staff Applications forum board.
There are still things to update on the site and I will update you when they have been made.
Like the question says, what do you think of the new main site layout? My goal was to convert FiestaHQ into an information site and that is exactly what the change in the theme was supposed to reflect on. More is on the way but for right now, hope you enjoy it!
